AI for property management companiesTenants answered.
Owners kept in the loop.

Using AI for property management doesn't mean handing it the keys. We set up the AI assistant your team already uses to work with your inbox, your policies and your books. It drafts the tenant reply, the owner update and the rent reminder. Your team reviews and sends.

Where AI helps

The weekly jobs, by team. And the package that covers each.

Rent and the books

Finance package

Finance answers from QuickBooks or Xero and never changes a number. If rent and owner statements live in your property management software instead, we check on the free call how that fits before promising anything.

Late rent Who is more than five days late on rent? Draft friendly reminders. Chase unpaid invoices
Monthly owner update, if each building is tracked in your books Draft this month's update for the owner of this building.
Your company's own cash How much cash do we have, and what's due this week? Cash flow and runway
Honest about scope

We don't answer phones. Here's what we do instead.

Many AI tools for property managers are phone bots that pick up tenant calls. We don't answer phones. We help the people who do: the email back to the tenant, the note to the owner and the reminder about rent, drafted from your own policies and ready for your team to send.

Check on the call AppFolioBuildium

Many property management companies also use property management software such as AppFolio or Buildium. Those aren't on our list of apps, so rather than promise anything here, we check how your setup fits on the free call.

Keep it human

What to keep human. It's someone's home.

Tenant disputes

A deposit disagreement or a noise complaint needs someone who can listen and decide. Your assistant can gather the emails and the policy; your manager handles it.

Choosing tenants

Screening and approving applicants stays with your team, under your own written rules.

Emergencies

A leak at 2am is a call to whoever is on duty, not an email draft.

Your own rules

Approvals and a record of every request help you keep to your procedures. Check the housing rules where you operate before you start.

How setup works

Set up for you. Usually in a week or two.

  1. 01
A free callThirty minutes on how your week runs. You keep the shortlist either way.
  2. 02
A plan you signWhat your assistant will do, who can ask for what and what always needs a person, with a fixed price in writing. Nothing is built until you sign.
  3. 03
Set up and testedWe connect your apps, teach it your rules and test it on real work with two or three of your people for a week.
  4. 04
Training and careA training session for the team, a tune-up two weeks in, then monthly care, required with every package: your servers maintained with security updates, plus fixes as your apps and rules change.

For a property manager we usually start with your tenant email policies and the replies you already send, then add owner updates. Working straight from a shared inbox is an add-on. No technical staff needed: one person who knows how work flows, plus logins to your apps. Not sure where to start? The free AI audit maps your week first.

Questions

Common questions. Straight answers.

Can an AI assistant answer tenant emails?

It can draft them. Your assistant finds the policy that applies, fills in your approved wording and saves a reply for your team to check and send. A tenant's email can't make it do anything, and nothing goes out without a person.

Does it work with AppFolio or Buildium?

They aren't on our list of apps, so we won't promise it. We work with the inbox, shared drive and accounting apps many property managers also use. On the free call we look at your setup and say plainly what fits.

Can it chase late rent?

If rent is tracked in QuickBooks or Xero, Finance can list who is late and draft friendly reminders for your team to send. It never changes the books. If rent lives in your property management software, we check the fit first.

Where should a property manager start with AI?

With the emails your team answers most: pets, parking, move-outs and repairs. Send us the replies you already use and we turn them into approved answers your assistant drafts from, usually in a week or two.
