AI consulting for small business · set up, not just advisedAdvice is the easy part.
We set it up and keep it working.

Most AI consultants hand you advice or a strategy deck, and making it real is left to you. We start with a free call and a plain-English plan you sign. Then we set your AI assistant up inside the apps you already use, train your team and keep it working, with a person in charge the whole way.

Example · your apps and rules are set in your plan

Four steps. You approve every one.

What you get
  1. 01

    Free audit

A 30-minute call with the people who do the work. We find where your team loses time and which jobs AI should and shouldn't touch.

  2. 02

    A plan you sign

A plain-English plan: what your assistant will do, who can ask for what and what always needs a person. A fixed price comes with it. Nothing is built until you sign.

    Set up and test

Other ways to get there. And where each one stops.

There's more than one sensible way to bring AI into a small business. Each of these is the right call for someone. Here's how they compare on the things that decide whether your team is still using it in six months.

What we set up. One package for each team.

Compare the packages

Most teams start with one. With all four, answers draw on every team at once.

Who it's for

For owners and managers. No technical staff needed.

A good fit if

  • You run a business or a team, and you're not technical
  • Your team pays for an AI assistant, but it sits in a separate tab
  • Your work lives in apps like QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify or Gmail
  • You want help with real weekly jobs, not experiments
  • You want a person to approve anything that matters

Not the right fit if

  • You want a custom AI model built from scratch
  • You only need a strategy report, with no setup
  • You want AI to act with nobody checking
What we need from you
  • One person who knows how work flows
  • Logins to the apps we connect (we set these up together)
  • A business subscription to your AI assistant (we help you choose)

How to choose an AI consultant. Eight questions to ask anyone, us included.

A checklist
  1. 01 “What will we have at the end: advice, or something working?”

A good answer:Names the result in plain words: a setup in your apps, a trained team, someone to call when it breaks.

  2. 02 “Will it work inside the apps we already use?”

A good answer:Names your apps and says plainly what it can and can't reach.

  3. 03 “What can the AI do without a person?”

A good answer:Nothing that changes your records or reaches a customer without someone's OK, and it's written down.

  4. 04 “Who on my team will see what?”

A good answer:Everyone has their own login and sees only what their role allows.

  5. 05 “What's the price, and what isn't included?”

A good answer:A fixed price in writing before work starts, plus a clear list of the subscriptions you keep paying for.

  6. 06 “How will you train my team?”

A good answer:On your own work, by role, inside the setup they'll use. Not a generic course.

  7. 07 “What happens when an app changes or someone leaves?”

A good answer:Ongoing care that covers fixes and changes, and a direct line to someone who knows your setup.

  8. 08 “Where would you tell us not to use AI?”

A good answer:Real examples from your business: judgment calls, relationships, work with nothing written down.

Walk away if you hear
  • Promises of hours saved before they've seen how you work
  • Can't say what the AI will do without a person
  • Everything is a demo, and nothing touches your real apps
  • The price is still “it depends” after a proper call
How pricing works

One fixed price. Known before you start.

Every business uses different apps and needs a different amount of setup, so we quote after the free call, not from a price list. You get one fixed price in writing with your plan.

How pricing works
Free first call

Thirty minutes. You keep the shortlist either way.

One fixed price

In writing with your plan, before any work.

Half, half, then monthly

Half when you sign, half when it's live, then a required monthly retainer.

No per-seat fees

No usage fees either. Your whole team can use it.

Questions

AI consulting, answered plainly.

What does an AI consultant for a small business actually do?

A good one looks at how your team works, finds the jobs where AI saves real time and tells you where to leave it out. Many stop at advice. We go on to set it up in your apps, train your team and keep it working.

What is the difference between AI consulting and AI implementation?

Consulting usually means advice and a plan. Implementation means making it work: connecting your AI assistant to your apps, setting the rules and training people. We do both, in that order, and you sign off on the plan before anything is built.

How much does an AI consultant cost?

It depends on how many teams, apps and rules are involved, so we don't publish a price list. After a free 30-minute call you get one fixed price in writing, before any work starts. There are no per-seat or usage fees.

How long does it take to get AI working in a small business?

Setup typically takes 1–2 weeks per package. Most teams go from first call to everyday use in a few weeks, including a week of testing with two or three of your people.

Which AI assistant do you work with?

Any of the major ones: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. If your team already uses one, we build on it. If not, we help you pick the right fit.

Will the AI do things without asking?

No. It only does the jobs in the plan you signed, for the people you chose. Nothing changes in your apps unless a person says yes, and every request is saved with who asked and when.
