We use the last two together: a fixed price for setup, then a retainer for care. You know the full setup cost before you sign, and it doesn't grow with the hours we spend. The retainer covers a written list, so you know what each month buys.

How much does it cost to hire an AI consultant?
It depends on how many teams, apps and rules are involved, and on how the consultant charges: by the hour, by the day, per project or monthly. We don't publish a price list. After a free 30-minute call, you get one fixed price in writing, before any work starts.
Why don't you publish your prices?
Because two businesses rarely need the same setup. One team with three apps and written policies is a very different job from four teams with know-how that lives in people's heads. A price list would be wrong for most people, so we quote each plan instead.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes on a video call, with no obligation. You keep the shortlist of where AI fits in your business, whether or not you work with us.
Are there per-seat or usage fees?
No. Your whole team can use what we set up, and we never charge by the request. You keep paying for your AI assistant and your other apps directly, as you do today.
Is the monthly retainer optional?
No. Monthly care comes with every package, from launch. Your setup runs on servers we maintain, so the retainer keeps them running and up to date with security updates. It also covers fixes when one of your apps changes and updates when your policies change.
Do we still pay for ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?
Yes. Your AI assistant's business subscription stays with you and is paid to that company, not to us. If you don't have one yet, we help you choose the right fit.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most teams start with one package and add more once the first one is working. Each addition is quoted the same way: one fixed price, in writing, before any work starts.
