AI training for employees and small business teamsYour team,
trained on your setup.
Not a generic course.
Generic AI courses teach prompts on made-up examples, which is hard to carry over to Monday's real work. We train your team on the setup we built for you, on the jobs they do every week, in the apps they already use. Training comes with every setup, not as an extra.
- Before launch Pilot week
Two or three of your people use it on real work for about a week. We watch and fix what feels off.
- Launch day Team session
A live, hands-on session on your own work, plus a one-page cheat sheet for each role.
- Two weeks in Tune-up
We adjust from real usage: what people ask, where they get stuck, what they skip.
- Every month As you grow
New abilities as your team grows, and a short check-in on what's working.
Included with every setup
What people learn. Four things, on their own work.

- A monthly usage report: what each team used it for, and how often
- A tune-up two weeks after launch

AI training, answered plainly.
Is AI training included, or is it extra?
It's included with every setup: a pilot week with two or three of your people, a hands-on team session at rollout and a tune-up two weeks in. After that, new abilities are added as you grow.
What should AI training for employees cover?
Four things: how to ask, what the AI won't do, when a person has to approve and how to spot a wrong answer. It should also cover your company's rules for AI, like what information people may share.
Do you train small business owners too?
Yes. Owners are trained like any other role, on the questions they ask: cash, who owes money, what's due and how deals look. They take part in the team session and get their own cheat sheet.
Can we buy AI training on its own?
Our training is part of every setup, because we teach people on the setup we built for them. If you're after a general course with no setup, say so on the free call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
How long does the training take?
The team session at rollout takes about an hour. Before that, two or three people use it on real work for about a week, and we tune it up two weeks after launch.
What if people don't use it?
The monthly usage report shows which teams use it and for what. If a team has gone quiet, we find out why at the monthly check-in and adjust the setup or the shortcuts.
