AI weekly marketing reportLast week, summed up.
In one ask.
Your AI assistant pulls last week's ad and email results from your own accounts and writes them up in the same format every week: what you spent, what it brought in, what worked and what's coming up. You read it, decide what to change and share it.
Log in to Meta. Export the campaigns. Log in to Google Ads. Export again. Open Klaviyo. Paste it all into a sheet. Write the summary. Or just ask.
How did last week's ads and emails do?
Your assistant reads spend, results and cost per result by campaign from your ad accounts, and opens, clicks and revenue by campaign or flow from your email platform. It picks out the week's best ads, checks what's on the content calendar next and writes it all up in your report format, with the week before alongside for comparison.
One page, the same shape every week.
The same format every week makes changes easy to spot. The numbers come straight from your accounts, not from an export someone pasted. It reads results only: it can’t touch budgets or bids, or switch ads on or off.
What a weekly marketing report should cover. Six lines, one screen.
A weekly report is for deciding, not for proving you were busy. If it doesn’t fit on one screen, few people read to the end. These six lines cover what most small marketing teams need.
- 01 Spend and results
What you spent last week and what it brought in: sales, leads or sign-ups, whichever you count.
- 02 Cost per result, against the week before
The one number that says whether things got better or worse. Note anything that moved a lot.
- 03 Best and worst ad
One of each, with a line on why you think it went that way.
- 04 Email results
Opens, clicks and revenue for each campaign, plus your main automatic emails, like the welcome series.
- 05 What’s coming up
Launches and sends planned for this week, from the content calendar.
- 06 One change
The single thing you’ll do differently this week because of what you saw. If there isn’t one, say so.
Write the last line yourself. It’s the part of the report a person should own.
What to do about it is still your call.
The “so what”
Your assistant can tell you cost per sale went up. Deciding whether to pause, push or wait is a marketing judgment.
Budgets and bids
It reads your ad accounts. It can't change budgets or bids, or switch ads on or off.
Who sees the numbers
You decide who can ask for the report. Everyone signs in as themselves and sees only what their role allows.
Your rules, written down. Then followed every time.
Set up for you as part of the Marketing package, typically in one to two weeks. No technical staff needed: one person who knows how the work flows, plus logins to your apps.

Can AI write my weekly marketing report?
Yes, if it can read your ad and email accounts directly. Pasting exports into a chat every week works, but it's slow and easy to get wrong. Connected to your accounts, your assistant pulls the numbers and writes the summary in your format whenever you ask.
What metrics belong in a weekly marketing report?
Spend, results, cost per result, your best and worst ad and email revenue cover most small teams. Add one or two numbers that match your goal, like leads for a service business or repeat orders for a store. Leave out anything you wouldn’t act on.
Which ad and email accounts does it work with?
Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram and Google Ads for ads, and Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email. If you use something else, ask on the free call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
